I got this safety belt for my daughters cute little dalmatian pup to make sure she stayed as safe as possible in the car on the way from MN to KY. She was able to lay down comfortably, and sit up or stretch all while remainging safely tethered to the car seat belt with this safety belt. Of course it needs to be used with a harness, which she already had.
